What to Expect
You'll arrive at one of the four passenger gates at the airport, and exit down the concourse through the doors and down the stairs/escalators to the immigration area. A fairly long line here is not uncommon, patience is a virtue. You'll exit the area straight ahead and down the steps to the baggage area, retrieve your bags on the left. At the far end of the area (near custom's inspection) will be some carts if you require them for your luggage. Inspect you luggage carefully for tampering before you leave the area. If it appears any of it has been opened, check the contents.

Go to the far end of the area and get in line for one of the custom's inspection stations. It is not unusual to just be waived through this area.

After customs there will be a large flight of stairs leading to the outside of the Airport. On your right will be a conveyor on which to place your luggage, and it can be retrieved at the right at the top of the stairs. Be sure to have your luggage tags ready for inspection for each piece of checked baggage, you'll need to show them before exiting the area.

Directly outside will be a large crowd, and numerous taxis. Drivers will be there to assist you if necessary. If you are being met by a van, it will be around to the left and up the few steps to the front of the building. Rental car offices are also this way, but further down and across the street.
